NGL Law Enforcement Guidelines

NGL fully complies with law enforcement to protect our users.

• Data Availability: NGL is 100% anonymous. We do not possess names, emails, or phone numbers. We can only provide message text, timestamps, IP addresses, and User Agents.

• Submitting a Request: Must be sent from an official government email to [e-mail] with the subject "Request by Law Enforcement."

• Legal Process: We require a valid search warrant under 18 U.S.C. §2703(a) to produce content information, except in cases of Emergency Disclosure (danger of death or serious physical injury).
